Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Feta

This week I’m making roasted Brussels sprouts with feta, lemon, and honey. I like to roast them until the edges get nice and crispy, then add the feta while they’re still warm. A squeeze of lemon and a little drizzle of honey are all they need!

Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Feta

My trick for getting those crispy edges? Place the sprouts cut-side down on the sheet pan and give them a little room. Once they’re deeply browned and tender, toss them lightly with the feta, lemon, and honey and serve warm.

This is an easy side I’d make with roast chicken or salmon, and it comes together in about 30 minutes. The full recipe is below!

  • Brussels Sprouts + Feta
  • Makes: 4 servings
  • Roast: 425°F for 20-25 minutes
  • Total Time: about 30 minutes
