Homemade Peanut Butter & Oat Dog Treatsnhjhfjhfj

It feels appropriate to have a recipe for our dogs on my show right now since Iām adding a Pup Menu to the offerings at our beach restaurant. These adorable Peanut Butter & Oat Dog Treats are very easy to eat, and I know theyāre popular with our four-legged family members.Ā

A fun fact about our dog, Bentley, whoās a Malshee: heās never eaten a treat!Ā When we give him one he carries it around in his mouth forever and eventually puts it down. It always cracks us up! It was fun to make these and see him try one. I think he actually liked it.

These are great, simple treats to make for any canine in your life. You could also make little baggies of them and give them as gifts in the holiday season. If you live in Southern Connecticut, please bring your pup by The Sandbar at Compo beach and check out our full menu for your furry friends!

Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup plain pumpkin puree
1/4 cup natural peanut butter with NO xylitol
1 large egg
Additional oat flour, as needed for rolling
