Let’s talk gravy! I’m showing you how to make rich, smooth homemade gravy in just 15 minutes, with or without turkey drippings. A few simple ingredients, a little whisking, and you’re ready to pour. Once you see how easy it is, you might just skip the store-bought kind this Thanksgiving!

Turkey may be the star of Thanksgiving, but the gravy deserves a little attention, too! Pour it over your turkey, spoon it onto your mashed potatoes, or let a little sneak over to the stuffing. It’s rich, savory, and just the thing to bring every bite together. Go ahead and pass that gravy boat around one more time!

With everything happening in the kitchen on Thanksgiving, I love a recipe that comes together without a fuss! This homemade gravy takes just 15 minutes, so you can give it a final whisk and get back to gathering everyone around the table. My tip? Keep a little extra warm stock nearby to thin it out if needed—and don’t forget to taste before serving!

3. Add drippings. Whisk in turkey drippings, if using.

4. Season. Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
