These are one of my favorite things to make. They are Valentine’s Cheesecake Balls made with cream cheese and Oreo cookies. I call them my “cheater truffles”! This is because they taste exactly like delicious truffles you can buy at a beautiful chocolate shop, but are so much easier to make.
