Greek Lamb Sliders

Who doesn’t love a slider? If you like regular cheeseburger sliders you find at a pub, you’ll love this recipe for Greek Lamb Sliders. I take the same approach to making these as I do burgers. I want the flavor to be really rich and the burgers to be nice and tender. The way to do this is add everything together in a bowl with lots of spices and flavors. Then, use your hands to mix everything together very thoroughly.Â

Once the ingredients come together, use your hands to form them into patties. The trick with this is to form them without crushing everything together too tightly. You really want the meat to have a little bit of looseness so they stay tender and cook evenly on the grill. Â
I like to grill these until they are just cooked through. I don’t like them too well done or they lose their flavor. We don’t use cheese slices on these because that wouldn’t be quite right. Instead, we give them the proper Greek treatment and add feta on top with a swipe of tzatziki on the bun. You can’t go wrong with this approach because the tangy feta and cool tzatziki complement the flavors of the lamb burger so well!Â

These lamb sliders are amazing when served with homemade french fries and a big salad on the slide. My kids love it when I put out a whole platter of these by the pool the summer. They eat them right up with their friends and there absolutely zero leftovers! These also work well for parties because they are the perfect portion for guests. Enjoy these lamb sliders for your next gathering! Â
