Maple Syrup Butter

Making Maple Syrup Butter is more of a method than a recipe. I love to make this for topping pancakes, French toast, and other assorted breakfast goodies. It’s the perfect combination of creamy and sweet and is a delight to enjoy in the morning.

The key to getting this right is to beat it together thoroughly. While this sounds simple, maple syrup is sticky so you really need take your time and make sure the sugar and butter and syrup truly blend. This is what makes the butter taste uniform and keeps it spreadable for your waffles and toast.

When you put this in the fridge it will harden, so be sure to let it soften each time you intend to use it. It's really a delicious breakfast-flavored spread that's delicious to put on waffles, crostini, or even just a fresh piece of toast with your breakfast egg.
This Maple Syrup Butter is a lot of fun to make and enjoy as a fun breakfast treat!
