San Pellegrino Tequila Refresher
Makes 1 pitcher
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups blanco tequila (I use espalon) 3 12 oz cans of San Pellegrino Pompelmo Sparkling Grapefruit Juice Lime wheels, to garnish
kosher salt, to garnish
spicy salt, to garnish
lime juice, to rim glass with salt
Combine tequila, and san pellegrino in your pitcher.
Add ice and top with lime wheels
Serve along side shallow plates of lime juice and salts for your guests to use as garnishes.
