Grazing boards are one of my favorite entertaining go-to's. They're a great way to feed a crowd and create a pretty tableau for a party. As with any seasonal grazing board, work with what is fresh in the moment. In this case I use a lot of fresh fruit, light cheeses, and popular tropical flavors, too.

Summer Grazing Board
A summer grazing board should be filled with bright, exciting flavors, fresh fruit, cheeses, and herbal accents whenever possible. Here are some of the things I use on mine, feel free to fill in with whatever else you'd like!
Star Fruit
Dragon Fruit
Watermelon Slices
Crackers down the Center
Melon with Prosciutto
Kiwi
Cheese
Cherries
Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Pepperoni
