21 Seeds Cocktails

Skinny Blood Orange Margarita

  • 2 ounces 21 Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila

  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed blood orange juice

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1 ounce Cointreau

  • Kosher salt for the rim

  • Blood orange wedge

  1. Add ice to fill your margarita glass, then tip the ice into a cocktail shaker.

  2. To the cocktail shaker add the tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, and Cointreau.

  3. Cover the shake and shake well.

  4. Salt the rim of the margarita glass and pour the cocktail from the shaker into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish the glass with a blood orange wedge and serve!

Spicy Strawberry Cucumber Jalapeno Cocktail

  • 2 ounces strawberry simple syrup

  • 2 ounces 21 Seeds Cucumber Jalapeno Tequila

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1 ounce club soda

Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 6 fresh strawberries, cut into small pieces

  1. Add the sugar, water, and strawberries pieces to a small saucepan and bring it to a low simmer. Stir it well into the sugar has dissolved and the strawberries have softened and infused the syrup. About 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the mixture and add it to a blender or mini chopper and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and it’s ready to use.

Spicy Paloma

  • 2 ounces 21 Seeds Grapefruit Hibiscus Tequila

  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1 ounce club soda

  • Kosher Salt & Tajin seasoning for the rim

  1. Add the ice to your cocktail glass until full. Tip the ice into a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice to the cocktail shaker. Cover the shaker and mix well.

  3. Pour the cocktail into the glass and add the club soda.

  4. Mix the kosher salt and tajin on a plate and rim the glass.

  5. Serve!
