Today I’m sharing the last cocktail in my clementine juice series. I wish it could continue forever, but clementine juice is slowly going out of season and my friends are ready to move on to other flavors
For this yummy cocktail I used rosemary simply syrup and clementine juice to create a botanical cocktail that is wonderful to sip.
This cocktail is great to serve in a pitcher at a party because it’s so refreshing. Even when clementine juice isn’t as easy to make you could use orange juice instead and it would taste similar.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these delicious clementine juice cocktails because they were a lot of fun to make with you! Cheers!
Clementine Cocktail
3 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz rosemary simple syrup
3 oz clementine juice
Sugar for the rim
Homemade Simple Syrup (or you can use store-bought):
Place 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water and 2 springs of fresh rosemary in a small saucepan and warm it over medium heat. Stir the mixture gently until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Use as much as you need for the cocktail and save the rest in a covered container in the refrigerator.
To make the cocktail:
Rim the glass by dipping it in lemon juice then sugar.
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the vodka, lemon juice, rosemary simple syrup, and clementine juice. Shake well.
Pour into the prepared glass and serve!
