Chocolate eggs are the crown jewel of the Easter basket and this one is over the top. I promise, it’s not as hard to make as it might look and the kids will love it.
Timing: 10 minutes, plus time for freezing

Easter Smash Egg
Ingredients
Method
Melt your chocolate according to the directions on the package.
Coat the inside of your mold with the chocolate
Put in freezer to set for at least 10 minutes
Once set, remove from mold.
Fill one half of your egg with your candy of choosing
Melt the rim of the other half in a pre-heated small pan and use the melted portion to attach to the other half of the egg and close it.
Wrap with cellophane to gift or smash and enjoy!
