Festive White Christmas Margarita Cocktail
You know me, I always have to have an awesome cocktail for the holidays. This time it’s a Christmas Margarita! I know, it sounds a little unique, but I promise you will love it. The unique twist here is that it’s made with coconut milk and water, and sweetened with a little agave syrup.
I like to mix this up right before guests come over and garnish it with cranberries for a festive feel. The coconut and berries give it a pretty wintery look, but the flavor is unexpectedly tropical. This would be a very fun drink to serve when friends come over for a Christmas social. It also would be fun to make in a pitcher and have at a bar so people could serve themselves.
Cheers to a fun holiday season!
