Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake

Always room for dessert 🥧... try this delicious and easy Pumpkin Cheesecake this holiday season! 🎄



16oz cream cheese (room temp)

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tsp pumpkin spice

9in graham cracker crust

  1. Combine cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour a thin layer of cream cheese mixture into crust (a little over a cup of the mixture).

  2. Add pumpkin puree and spice to the remaining cream cheese mixture.

  3. Add to top of cream cheese in crust.

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 1 hour then refrigerate over night.

  6. Serve with whip cream and enjoy!
