Spicy Paloma

Makes 1


2oz blanco tequila (I use espalon) 2oz grapefruit juice 1 oz fresh lime juice spicy salt, to garnish (4 part kosher salt, 1 part cayenne)

jalapeno slices, to garnish

club soda, to top

  1. Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and ice in a shaker. Shake well to combine.

  2. Rim a large glass (I use a stemless wine) with lime juice, and them dip into your spicy salt.

  3. Add tequila mixture to glass.

  4. Top with some club soda and jalapeno slices (optional).

  5. enjoy!
