2oz blanco tequila (I use espalon) 2oz grapefruit juice 1 oz fresh lime juice spicy salt, to garnish (4 part kosher salt, 1 part cayenne)
jalapeno slices, to garnish
club soda, to top
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and ice in a shaker. Shake well to combine.
Rim a large glass (I use a stemless wine) with lime juice, and them dip into your spicy salt.
Add tequila mixture to glass.
Top with some club soda and jalapeno slices (optional).
