Buffalo Chicken Dip

It’s almost time for the Big Game!! I grew up in Philadelphia and am so excited to see the Eagles as contenders again. So exciting! Today I’m sharing how I make this awesome Buffalo Chicken Dip for friends and family. It’s the perfect kind of hearty fare to serve at a football party, or just on a night when you’re not in the mood to make anything too involved.

This dip is very easy to pull together. The key is to start with cooked chicken. I had some leftover from dinner for this episode. You could also use a rotisserie chicken, or simply cook some earlier in the day. You’ll be happy to have it cooled and ready when it is time to make the dip. The dish comes together fairly quickly on the stovetop and then finishes in the oven. You’ll want to serve it warm, so make sure you have a trivet nearby and all of the chips decanted into a bowl to accompany it.

This dip is so yummy, cheesy and gooey. I love how it tastes just like a pile of chicken wings but is way easier to eat and serve to friends. This dip would work really well on a buffet and can be taken to a friend’s house to pass.

This is really one of those awesome party foods that’s ideal for cooler months. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Go Eagles!
